Cancellation and prepayment policies
Flexible – 3 days (General)
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
Flexible – 1 day (Flexible – 24 hours)
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
- The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 1 day before arrival.
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation within 1 day before arrival.
Pre-authorization preferences
We accept pre-authorize guests credit cards prior to arrival.
Modification and cancellation exceptions
We allow guests to change dates on their own:
- Once for their booking, 3 days or more before check-in
- For the same or higher price as their original booking
- For the same booking conditions and room type
We’ve added exceptions to 0/30 dates this year.
- Guests can’t change dates on their own for your chosen dates
Cancellation exceptions
1- Grace Period
- No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
2- Advance Cancellation
- No fees charged for bookings cancelled 4 weeks before arrival
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Cash
We allow guests to pay online with their preferred payment method.
Refunding the payment policy:
General Provisions
Article 1.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was originally used. The application of the refund to the customer’s account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity.
Article 2.
DEXON Roma hotel may make reimbursements, provided that the client communicates to the organization their intention to reimburse within a maximum period of up to 15 business days, counted from the date of payment.
Article 3.
The charges made by the financial institution for the reimbursement will be paid by the client.
Article 4.
The procedure to request reimbursement:
After verifying that an unsuccessful cancellation attempt was made, DEXON Roma hotel will issue a refund to the guest for each payment that was made after the cancellation is confirmed.
During the 15 business days following payment, you can send the request via email to fc.roma@dexonhotels.com with the subject line: REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST
DEXON Roma hotel will begin the process and inform the client by email of the time stipulated by the financial institution to apply the reimbursement.
Once the refund has been made, DEXON Roma hotel will send an email to the client informing that the process was successful and that the case is therefore closed.
